Efficiently managing customer relationships is essential for streamlining your sales process. A key feature of CRM As A Service for Microsoft Teams is its customizable Filters, which allow you to personalize your CRM experience, improve data organization, and boost overall productivity. Filters are available across all lists in CRM As A Service, including leads, opportunities, contacts, and organizations.
Let’s dive into this.

How to Set Up Filters
To get started, navigate to the tab where you want to create a filter within your CRM As A Service interface, for example Leads tab. Here, click the three lines located at the top right area of the tabs to open a menu. From this menu, select "+ New Filter" to begin configuring your custom filter.

Name the Filter and Choose Visibility
You can name your filter and choose whether the filter should be personal, visible only to you, or shared, so your team can benefit from it as well.
Set the Condition to Filter
Choose from various criteria such as Created By, Created Date, Title of Leads, Contact, Organization, Origin, etc. Specify the values and conditions for your filter. Options like "is," "is not," "contains," "does not contain," "starts with," and "ends with", etc. let you refine your search further.
For example, to focus on leads that originated from your website, set up a filter with the condition "Origin" and the value "Is" and then you can type "Website." This filter will display all leads that came through your website, allowing you to prioritize and follow up with these leads.

Filter with Multiple Conditions
To refine your filtering even further, you can add more than one condition. For instance, if you want to see leads that originated from your website and are currently rated as "Hot," you can combine these conditions.
Set one condition to "Origin" with the value "Website," and add another condition for "Lead Rating" with the value "Hot." This combined filter will help you focus on leads that are not only from your website but also have a high potential for conversion
