Instance name appear in 2 locations:
in your personal ticketing tabulation
and for Ticketing Owners, instance panel is also displayed in the subscription panel
This ticketing instance name is derived from the tabulation name when you first install the ticketing instance, and it might not be user friendly for these 2 cases.
We're thrilled to introduce the capability to rename ticketing instances!
To rename a Ticketing instance, Follow these steps:
Navigate to settings,
Then, navigate to Subscription section,
You can rename your instance here in Usage History,
Simply find the instance you wish to rename, and click on the edit button (pencil picto).
