Install Microsoft Teams Ticketing App from TeamsWork Website

You can install Ticketing App directly from TeamsWork website.

1. Open the Ticketing page You can click on this link to go to the ticketing page: https://www.teamswork.app/products/microsoft-teams-ticketing/trial-ticketing
   

2. Choose Your Region and Click "Add to Teams" Ticketing As A Service have 3 different regions. Read our blog about regions in Ticketing As A Service.
   

   

   
   

3. Click "Add" If you encounter permission issue when installing the app, check how to get permission to install TeamsWork apps in Microsoft Teams.
   

   

   
   

4. Click "Open" Click "Open" to open the Ticketing personal app in Microsoft Teams.
   

   

   
   

5. Click "Sign In" On the sign-in screen, check the box to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then sign in with your Microsoft account.

   
   

   

   
   

6. Start Your Free Trial Click the button to start your free trial.

   
   

   

   
   

7. Add new Instance Click "+New Instance" to add your first virtual instance.
   

   

8. Name Your Instance and Key ID Enter a name and Key ID for your virtual instance.

   
   

   

   
   

9. Add Your Team Members Add your team members as Ticketing Owner or Ticketing Member.
   

   

   
   

10. Installation Complete! You've successfully installed Ticketing As A Service and created your first virtual instance. To add a channel instance, please see this blog.
