Hi all, in this blogpost, we are going to explain how to send Ticketing App notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel rather than to an individual user. By sending notification to a Teams channel chat, all members can them be notified at once on a progress of a ticket.
As a pre-requisite, you can explore this blog post on how to enable email to ticket feature.
Once that you have configured email to ticket feature, let's start:
Copy the channel's email

Create a New Ticket and designate the channel's email as the requestor

After the ticket is submitted, the notification message will then appear in the Teams channel
Now, any members in the team's channel can see the ticket message.

Hope this post helps you,
And have a great day!
Marc
