To adjust tickets list to your need, You can sort tickets list by a column, configure what columns to display and change the columns sequence itself

Sort tickets list by a column
Allan wants to see tickets with the highest priority first. Click on the priority column to sort tickets list by priority and click a second time to reverse sorting.
Remove columns you don't want to see on the tickets list
Since there are no expected date, first time response SLA and resolution time SLA on the tickets list, remove them by toggling off from the column setting.
Change column sequence
Allan wants to see the priority first, so he drags the priority column next to the action column.
