Easily Save and Recall your Preferred Ticket List Configuration With "Views"

In our continuous effort to enhance productivity and streamline operations within Microsoft Teams, we're excited to introduce a new feature to our Ticketing App: Views

Designed with user efficiency in mind, Views allows you to effortlessly save and recall your preferred ticket list configurations, including active filters, column sequences, column widths, and sorting options. This feature means no more navigating through menus or redoing settings — your favorite ticketing lists is just one click away.

Creating Your Personal and Shared Views

Creating a View is a straightforward process designed to enhance your ticketing experience. To begin, navigate to your ticket list in the Ticketing App.

1. Adjust your settings to your liking. Set your filters, arrange the columns, and define their width and sorting.

2. Once satisfied, click on the bookmark picto and click on Add a personal View. You'll be prompted to name your View. In our exampe, we want to filter all "In progress" tickets using the column filter

Et voila! You have created your first View.

Personal Views are visible and accessible only by you, while shared Views created by ticketing owners can be set for all users to access. This customization ensures that every team member can work in an environment that suits their preferences and needs.

Utilizing Your Views

Accessing your saved Views is as simple as clicking on the View name from the list. Your ticketing list will instantly adjust to your predefined settings, allowing you to focus on managing tickets efficiently. This feature is particularly beneficial for users who frequently switch between different tickets list configuration or need to oversee multiple ticket categories simultaneously.

Editing and Deleting Views

Your workflow evolves, and so should your Views. If a View is no longer relevant or needed, it can be easily deleted, ensuring that your workspace remains clutter-free and organized. For shared Views, only a ticketing owner has the authority to make edits or delete them, maintaining consistency for all users.

"View" is more than just a feature; By reducing the number of clicks and time spent on setting up your tickets list, View lets you focus on what truly matters: resolving tickets and enhancing service delivery.
