If you use Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) in your company, you can link your ticket to a Microsoft ADO card easily in three steps:
Open your Microsoft Azure DevOps project and copy the link
2. Create a ticket, click add attachment: A link to a URL
3. Paste the link, then click save
Your Microsoft Azure ADO card is linked to a ticket
You can access directly the ADO card by clicking on the link.
