Archive Attachment in Microsoft Teams Ticketing App by TeamsWork

Hi All,

It might happen that some attachments on a ticket are not relevant anymore. Ticketing App have the capability to archive them. To know more, you can either read the highlights below or watch these videos for more detail explanation.

Archive attachments that are not relevant anymore

Since Alex has revised the design, the previous document is no longer relevant. So Alex wants to remove it from the attachment list

The attachment has been removed from the attachment list

See archived documents

By clicking on the show archived button, Alex can see all the archived documents. Archived documents are displayed on the attachment list with a gray background
