Error Message When Adding an App Subscription on a New Azure Instance

Hi All,


Adding an App on a new Azure instance can be confusing and adding a Ticketing / Checklist App subscription is no exception.


Here are some of the error messages you might get and what solution to apply


What to fill in Resource Group and SaaS name


Fill resource group

Resource group is a logical grouping of Azure Resources. You can click on "create new" button and use: ticketingresource OR checklistresource as name.


SaaS Detail name is the name of the Software as a service subscription. you can use: ticketingsaas OR checklistsaas


No credit card registered


No card registered error

As mentioned in the Error details section, your Azure subscription is missing a credit card. You can add a new payment method in this page:


Azure is using a Free subscription


Azure using free subscription

You cannot register an App when using a Free Subscription. To upgrade, click on the link in the Error details section.
