Creating accurate and consistent quotations is an essential part of managing deals effectively. In Billing As A Service, you can easily customize quotation behavior to match your regional standard.
Quotation Setting
In the Quotation Settings tab, you can configure how quotations behave — including who can edit or approve them, the document title, default validity period, and more. Read this blog to learn more about Quotation Reference.

Can Overwrite Content When Drafting a Quotation: Define who can modify a quotation while it’s still in draft.
Can Approve Quotation: Specify who can approve a quotation.
Everybody: All users within the CRM tenant can perform this action.
Owner Only: Only Owners can perform this action.
Specified List: Restrict permissions to selected users you define manually.
Document Title: Set the title that appears on the quotation document (for example, “Quotation” or “Sales Proposal”).
Quotation Validity Period: Define how many days a quotation remains valid before it expires.
Terms and Notes: Add standard terms and notes that appear on every quotation. You can save multiple templates and set one as default.
Signature Box and Footer: Customize the default signature box and footer section that appears at the bottom of your quotation document.
Application Setting
In this setting, you can configure your regional settings and printout settings.
Regional Settings
Your Regional Settings define how currencies, time zones, and number formats appear across quotations and invoices. These preferences ensure your documents follow your country or customer’s standard for formatting and compliance.

Printout Settings
The Printout Settings section defines how your quotation document will look when exported or printed.
