How to Add New Billing Entity in Billing As A Service

A Billing Entity represents your organization’s identity used to issue quotations and invoices. It stores the company information—such as name, address, logo, and contact details that will be displayed in your quotations and invoices.

In your Quotation Document, the Billing Entity appears in the “Bill From” section, showing your organization’s name, details, and logo.

Create a new Billing Entity

Go to Settings and open Billing Entity. Click +Billing Entity and enter your organization’s information.

After creating a new Billing Entity, you can choose one Billing Entity to be your default, which will automatically appear in new quotations and invoices.

Changing Billing Entity in a Quotation

When creating or editing a quotation, you can easily change which Billing Entity appears in the document.
