Think of an Instance as a "Project" within your organization. An Instance appears as a tabulation in a Microsoft Teams channel. Below, you'll see an instance named "Ticketing."


Ticketing instance


Each instance can have its specific settings: Assignees list, workflow configuration, ticket form configuration, etc.

You can create as many Ticketing instances as you need (e.g., IT Ticketing, HR Ticketing, etc.), without any additional cost. To learn more, you can either read the steps below or watch this video for a more detailed explanation.



1. Add new tab in the channel

Search Ticketing As A Service

3. Name your Ticketing Instance

Name your new instance

4. You have successfully added a new Ticketing instance
