Setting up Your Billing as a Service

Managing billing across scattered tools slows your team down. As a native Microsoft Teams billing app, Billing as a Service gives you one place to create quotations, sales orders, and invoices right from the tools your team already uses.
Setup takes only a few steps, and once it is done your team can move from quotation to invoice without leaving Microsoft Teams. Here is how you can set up Billing as a Service and get started.
1) Adding Billing as a Service to your Teams
The first step in setting up Billing as a Service is navigating to the Apps section within Microsoft Teams. (Coming Soon in Microsoft Teams)
Once you are in the Apps section, the process is straightforward:
Type "Billing as a Service" into the search field.
When the app appears, click Add to install it.
This will immediately integrate the billing solution into your Teams environment.
2) Setting Up Users
During your first login, you can invite your colleagues by searching for their names and assigning them as either Members or Owners. As the person who installed Billing as a Service, you are a Billing Owner by default, allowing you to configure the app and invite others from your organization.
3) Setting Up Your Legal Organization
Before creating your first document, add your legal organization so every quotation, sales order, and invoice carries the right company and tax details. Read more here
