Hi All,
In this article, we’re going to explain how our TeamsWork subscription works and how it helps you manage your budget while using essential tools like Ticketing, Checklist, and CRM—all within Microsoft Teams. Let's get started!
Simple and Flexible Subscription Model
At TeamsWork, we believe in offering a subscription model that fits your business, not the other way around. Unlike seat-based licensing, where each user requires a separate license, TeamsWork provides a license per organization with unlimited users. This means that your entire team can benefit from our services without worrying about additional costs per person.
Our subscription operates on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, allowing you to pay for what you use. This pay-as-you-go structure gives you full control over your budget, meaning you only pay for the quota your company needs. Whether it’s managing tickets, checklists, or CRM data, you decide how much to use—and only pay for what’s necessary. With TeamsWork, you’re always in charge of your spending.
This flexibility ensures that as your business grows, you can easily scale your usage without getting locked into costly long-term contracts or per-user pricing.
What is a Quota?
A quota in TeamsWork Apps refers to the usage limit set for each service within your current plan. It ensures that the resources you're using—whether it’s the number of tickets, tasks, or opportunities—stay within the scope of what your plan offers. Each plan comes with its predefined limits, allowing you to allocate resources accordingly. Quotas are designed to help organizations maintain control over their usage while offering the flexibility to upgrade as their needs.
What Happens When You Reach Your Quota?
Reaching your quota doesn’t mean your system will stop working entirely. Your current tickets, checklists, and CRM data will remain functional, but you won’t be able to create new items. For instance:
Ticketing as a Service: You won’t be able to create new tickets once the quota is reached, although you can continue to manage existing ones.
Checklist as a Service: No new checklists can be created, but any ongoing checklists will still be accessible.
CRM as a Service: While you won’t be able to add new leads, you can continue to engage with current opportunities and customer data.
In short, TeamsWork ensures your system remains operational, but without the ability to add new items, your workflows may be impacted.
Upgrading Your Plan
If your organization is consistently reaching its quota, it’s time to consider upgrading to a higher plan. By moving to a plan with more resources, you’ll not only avoid interruptions in your ticketing, checklist, and CRM services, but you’ll also be better equipped to scale your operations. TeamsWork offers several flexible plans that can accommodate your growth, ensuring you have the capacity to manage your increasing demands.
Can I Cancel My Plan?
Microsoft offers a 72-hour grace period during which you can cancel a SaaS subscription. After this period, no cancellations are possible.
Can I Change Plans Before the End of the Period?
You can switch to another plan that has the same billing period. For instance, if you're subscribed to a monthly billing plan (e.g., Premium plan), you can upgrade to the Professional plan while still using the monthly billing option. In other words, you can not change your plan from monthly to yearly and vice versa.
Whenever you change your plan during a billing period, the billing is prorated according to the billing term.
For example, if you've used the Premium plan for 20 days of a monthly billing period and switch to the Professional plan, you'll be invoiced for 20/30 days of the Premium plan and 10/30 days of the Professional plan for the current month.
