Configure Column View in CRM As A Service by TeamsWork

In CRM As A Service, you have the ability to add/hide columns, sort data of any column, and change the sequence of columns, so that you can create a customized view tailored to your specific needs.

Adding / Hiding Columns

Not all data is relevant all the time. Some columns might be useful for specific tasks but unnecessary for daily operations. The ability to add or hide columns helps you streamline your workspace by displaying only the fields relevant to your current task or role. Simply click the column settings icon and select or deselect the columns you want to show or hide.

Sorting List

Simply click a column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order based on that column.

Changing the Sequence of Columns

Changing the column order helps you focus on the information that matters most. You might prefer to see contact names first, followed by deal stages and other key details. Just drag and drop the columns into the order that works best for your workflow.
