Quotations set the foundation for every deal, giving customers a clear breakdown of your products, services, and pricing. And in certain situations, you may need to adjust default values, such as catalog pricing or tax settings without making changes to your default configuration.

Overwrite Quotation Title

Every quotation starts with a default title, but you can easily rename it to match the context of the deal. Click the title field and enter a name that reflects the purpose of the quotation.

Overwrite Quotation Item From Catalog

When you add a product or service from your Catalog, the system automatically fills in its default values — price, tax, and item description.

Overwrite Terms and Notes

Your Quotation may come with default Terms and Notes, but some situations call for custom instructions or unique conditions.

Overwrite Signature Box and Footer

The footer usually comes from your Quotation Setting and may include legal text, disclaimers, or business details.
