Archiving and Deleting Attachments in the Microsoft Teams Ticketing App by TeamsWork

Hi All,


It might happen that some attachments on a ticket are no longer relevant. The Ticketing App has the capability to archive or delete them.

Archive attachments that are not relevant anymore

Since Alex has revised the design, the previous document is no longer relevant. So Alex wants to remove it from the attachment list

See archived documents

By clicking on the show archived button, Alex can see all the archived documents. Archived documents are displayed on the attachment list with a gray background

Deleting Attachments That Are No Longer Needed

Alex can also delete attachments that are no longer needed, but this action will permanently remove them

Please note that only team owners can use the Delete option.
