Hi All,
Here is the feature to help you not to miss anymore deadline. Ticketing As A Service will inform you about coming due date.
In Microsoft Teams Ticketing System you can configure notification one day before due date, on due date, and keep reminding you after due date. You can either read the highlights below or watch this video for more detail explanation.
How to configure notification on expected date in Ticketing
Go to the setting area and click on Expected date in alert and notification tab
Assignee will get a notification 1 day before expected due date
Assignee will get a notification on due date
Assignee will get a notification 2 days in a row after due date

Notification on Expected Date
One day before due date, Christie receives a first notification.
On due date, Christie receives another notification.
After due date, Christie receives a notification 2 days in a row.
